I think this Saathiya is about this quiet Aham in the end opening up and revealing to all the real character or Urmila to everyone, because with quiet people they don't talk until all of a sudden explosion. When at Urmila's recently Gopi tried to serve him a roti he refused not even one, though Urmila had provided two for everyone, but he recognised Urmila's game of being a miser in her house and he refused.
