first of all , i would like to thank my frnds for supporting me all through the while to my ff and those who prayed for my familys well being .. my dad is fine now and discharged from hospital after the angio .. 😊

PART - 4

Morning

At office

Maan : sasha , are the designs ready ?

Sasha : yes MK. I had attached the detailed report also along with it .

Maan : good . arrange the meeting @ 11 .

Sasha : sure Mk .

Maan : you may leave now . I ll call the client up and inform .

Sasha left the cabin and proceeded with her work till her tail tasha came towards her .

Tasha : mam , what was it that sir said ? did he like the designs ?

Sasha gave her a look : no tasha , Mk dint even go through the designs infront of me like he used to .

Tasha : may be he wants to have a thorough check .

Sasha : what ever he asked to arrange the meeting @ 11 .

At cabin

Maan : okay now the designs are perfect . let me call that client and inform of the meeting .

He called the no he got from adi . it was ringing but no one picked up . he singhed . he saw the time . it was 7'o clock .

It was so late for maan but not for our geet .

At guest house

Geet kept a pillow on her head to suppress the sound . she cursed the person and picked the phone thinking it was her sister .

Geet : idiot , fool , stupid how many times should I tell you not to call at this time Ms. Sai iyer ?? why are you that hell bent in disturbing your sisters sleep ?? just wait till am home , I ll set all the alarms at 2'o clock and never let you sleep you dog .

With that geet kept the phone down without letting the other person talk and went back to sleep peacefully .

At office

Maan looked at his phone .

Maan : did she just call me a dog ??? oh god , what that women is made of ?? she is speaking non-stop like a train . I wonder how her family is tolerating especially the poor soul ~her sister .

Strangely he dint get angry but felt like laughing .

he called adi to his cabin and asked him to inform the client regarding the meeting .

After some time , adi informed maan that the client dint respond to his calls . maan felt like laughing and said "adi try later. We still have 3 hrs. go and continue your work."

Adi just nodded and left from there..

AT KHURANA MANSION

Annie : dadi , maan bhai kahan hai ?

Dadi smiled : woh office challe gaye beta .

Annie : per me socha tha ki bhai ke sath kuch time spend karlo.

Dadi : no worries. Why don't you visit him in office ?

Arjun came down the stairs : no dadi . don't do that thing alone .she wont let him do any work .

Annie : shut up arjun . dadi me office ja raha hun .

Arjun : office ho gaya .

Annie looked at him she would kill him any moment and turned her face .

Dadi just laughed and asked them to leave after having breakfast .

AT GUEST HOUSE

Geet woke up from her sleep and freshened herself . she thought of calling her home and took her cell . it was then she noticed 10 missed calls from an unknown number and one which she answered something in her sleep actually shouting ..

She immediately called the no in the missed calls list .

Geet : hello this is geet iyer . I got a call from this no nearly 10 times since morning .

Adi : hello mam . this is Aditya from Khurana constructions . the meeting had been scheduled today . so I called up to inform you .

Geet : oh thanks you so much . I was sleeping so I could not pick up .

Adi : its okay mam . the meeting is @ 11 .

Geet : kk..

After some time geet called the other one ( guys its maan no )

It was ringing . maan thought "is she planning to swear even more ???"he picked up .

Geet : hello this is geet . I got a call from this no . may I know who is this ?

Maan : Maan singh khurana .

Phone slipped from her hands and started self talk : oh my god , what have I done ??babaji ..

Maan heard that and smiled slightly .

Geet resumed : woh am so so sorry Mr.Khurana . I dint realize it was you . I thought it was my sister again .

Maan : its okay Ms. Geet . ll see you in meeting .

With that he cut the call and continued his work .

Geet : how rude ?? anyways let me get ready ..

In office

Annie and arjun reached office . arjun was parking the car while annie standing outside waiting for him .

Arjun : chal annie .

Annie : hmmm..

They reached reception and asked if maan was free . on affirmation , annie knocked his cabin .

Maan : come in ..

Annie silently went in followed by arjun while maan was busy with some file .

Maan : sasha have you made all the arrangements .

Annie suppressed her laugher : haan bhai .

Maan : huh ?

It was only then he lifter his head .

Maan : annie tum ??yaha ?

Arjun hugged him : how r u buddy ???

Maan : fine arjun . what are you two doing here ??

Annie : well I missed you bhai . chal lets go some where .

Maan : arey annie I have a very important meeting now in ten mins .

Annie : muje nahi pata . you have to take me some where .

Maan crossed his forehead : hmm..how about you two wait for half an hour . I ll finish the meeting with in that .

Arjun : no problem buddy . I ll take a tour in office.

Maan gave both of them a faint smile and left for his meeting .

On the other hand geet was rushing and reached the office at time .

Everyone settled in the room . maan took his seat followed by sasha and adi .

Maan : welcome Ms.geet .

Geet : hello mr.khuranna . sorry for the morning .

Maan : its okay Ms.geet . it happens sometimes .shall we proceed with the meeting ?

Geet smiled : yea sure .

Adi and sasha were hell confused as to wat happened that morning between them .

They started discussing about the project and geet was satisfied with it .

Geet : I ll ask the opinion of dad and get back to you soon .

Maan : yea sure .

Geet left the room and moved towards the entrance . suddenly she heard some shouting "hey miss . agraharam"

Geet stopped dead in her tracks ..

Geet : is it her ???

Person : oi hello .. what are you doing here ??

Geet : confirmed . its her .. aannnieee????

Annie hugged her with sheer force : oh my god !! geet !! such a long time .

Geet was too happy and hugged her back : am so so happy Ms.Phurana .

Annie : you ll never change geet .

Geet came out of the hug : neither did you .

Soon some people gathered around them and started murmering among themselves . maan heard that and came outside the conference room followed by sasha and adi .

Maan : what the hell is going on here ?? why there is so much crowd there?

The people immediately scattered and left for their seats .

annie and geet looked bhaffled . arjun tried to ease the situation .

arjun : maan are you free now ??

maan : yes . annie what are you doing with Ms.geet ?

annie : woh bhai , geet is my college friend ..can we go to your cabin and talk ??

maan : hmmm..

they moved to the cabin while annie dragged geet along with her .

maan : am waiting ..

annie excitingly : bhai , you remember when I was studying in Chennai , I had a frnd called Ms.agraharam ??

geet stared at her she would kill her any moment . annie ignored her and continued : well she is none other than geet .

maan recollected and smiled a bit : oh it was you Ms.geet ?? I felt like I had met you some where before ..

annie : arey bhai , aap kyu Ms.geet Ms.geet bol rahe hai ??? is she that old ??

maan : no she is our client now .

geet : its okay Mr.khurana call me geet .am rather comfortable like this . I feel like am some 40 yr old when you call me Ms.geet.

maan laughed : well that applicable to you also . call me maan .

annie and arjun were baffled and asked at the same time : DID YOU JUST LAUGH ?

maan shot a agonized look : why cant I laugh ?

annie : am sure that it ll be raining today because you laughed .

geet laughed and said : okay enough guys . its been a long time . shall we go some where for lunch if you are free ??

annie : even am asking for it since morning .

arjun : arey come on buddy .. lets chill out for sometime .

maan : okay okay ..

with that he called adi and asked him to cancel his meeting for the day and told him that he wont be returning to office .

maan : teek hai , shall we move ??

all the four made way outside and the office employees looked gapping at them as they found their khadoos boss smiling a bit while leaving ..
