I get the feeling of entering into the Bermuda Triangle, a stretch of treacherous seas, where many ships have disappeared without a trace. The fortunes of Daksh and Naina are ethereal, and invisible to the naked eye, and are being maneuvered by fate.
The scene starts where Daksh and Naina exchange their views of the previous evening, and Naina tries to rise above the human level, and takes the blame on herself, and Daksh on the other hand, tries to do the same, passing the blame to the events that took place in their lives, which were out of their control. Finally, they come to the conclusion, that it is imperative, that they inform his parents, of the situation, and so they go to see Vibha in the prayer room, where she is putting things back after her morning prayers. She is happy to see them, and asks them about the previous night's party, and Daksh tells her that he has an important thing to tell her, but the mother takes it lightly, and gives Naina some odd job, and then sits to listen to her son, but she tries to change the subject, not knowing what her son wants to say. Then, Daksh asserts himself, and tells his mother to sit quietly and listen, and she is prepared to pay attention to him. Naina too is standing by the side, as the mother and son begin to speak.
Suddenly, they see, in their midst, Sonakshi, who has entered the house, without ringing

Mr. Joshi, welcomes Daksh, but the subject of discussion is not about the previous night, as he takes up the case of Akruti and tells Daksh, that Ayush will fight the case, and he might win. He tells that they have to be fully prepared. There is no discussion as to how this is to be done, so it looks like a diversionary tactic, either of Joshi, or the CVs.
At home, Rohini is at the dining table, and her mother, dotes on her and serves her the breakfast, and she like a feeble convalescent, sits and feeds herself, and then notices Sonakshi standing, and asks her to sit down, and starts her favorite topic, by insinuating in a round about way, about what could have happened the previous night. She itches to put down Naina, at any cost. She has a visceral antipathy towards her, as her presence threatens her supremacy in the house, and she hopes Sonakshi will be a fit partner to get rid of her. But Sonakshi does not give her the satisfaction, even when she tries to make her onslaught on Naina. Rohini can not sit quiet, so she continues to spill her venom, on her husband Sanket, to just tolerates her, with the hope that nothing bad should happen to his child.
They retire to the drawing room, and the main door bell rings, and Naina goes to open the door, and she welcomes Sonakshi's mother, Supriya who is invited to join them, and tells how happy she is to express her solidarity with the family, as her daughter is taking up the defense of Akruti. She seems to empathize with her, from personal experience, as she tells that their daughter is brave, and it is nice to hear, that with the help of the family, she will raise the child. Supriya tells them that mistakes can be done by anyone, and sometimes, the girls do not have help, but in the case of Akruti she is lucky to have such understanding members in her family, who are fostering and supporting her. She rues the cases, where girls have to give up their babies, just because they do not have any one to back them up. Akruti and her family think, this is a well wisher talking, but we are privy to her private life, and understand her predicament, where as yet, even though this long lost child is in front of her, serving her tea, she is unaware of the fact, that great treasure that she brought into this world. Rohini tries to put in her bit, and starts her pet subject, and in a winding innuendo, hints at the people who allow such things to happen, but Supriya cuts her short, before she has a chance to speak about Naina, and tells them that she too is going to be a part of the family soon, and it is but natural for her to feel solidarity with them. It may be quite true, Supriya is left out of the inner workings in their family, where the father and daughter are one, and the mother is an outsider. The duo might have deliberately kept their plans from her, and she has come here on her own initiative.
Sonakshi winds her way to the kitchen, where Naina is doing some work, and they express their regrets of how their actions have hurt them. Naina apologizes and says, that if she had not come to the party, all the pain which Sonakshi had to go through could have been avoided. Then it is Sonakshi's turn, to say, that she too has to ask her pardon, and Naina is surprised, but she tells her, that in matters of love, one can not take what is not theirs. Even, if she were to have Daksh, no one would be happy, and she has not told her parents about the previous night. She promises Naina to have patience, and she will break this news to them, and sort things out. Is she sincere, or is this a lawyer talk/strategy? Future events will show us, and we all wish, that truth and honesty will be rewarded, and shameful ugliness will be vanquished provided the CVs too, believe the same philosophy.
In the pre-cap, we see a scene, where Vibha promises Sonakshi that her son will marry only her, but there is no reaction on her face, and in the background, both Daksh and Naina, witness this scene. This is a snippet, of the episode to come. Obviously this is because Daksh lost his chance by prevailing circumstances, from telling the actual truth to his mother. Can her "vachan" be more sacred than Daksh's "vachan" to Naina? Discuss. If the story meanders, through another stretch of Abhi-Naina situation, and keeps the viewers on pins and needles, it is hoped, this trick of the trade will not be carried to ad nauseam, as in other serials, and they will wind it fast.
