2004 Ram had a perfect body when he acted in serial "Mansha" young looking. He has never looked that good after that meaning he was always on gaining weight ever since and BALH he has reached new heights..7 yrs and he has doubled in size..

He must take his health seriously...As his stomach is the indicator of what could be in store for him regarding his health..

I like him as an actor and want the best for him...

and at that time he was very young n handsome
but i din't watch his kekta serials now i am watching this coz sakshi is also with him n she is also my fav.

Manshaa was a popular Hindi television series that aired on Zee TV channel in the year 2004. The series ran about 64 episodes long and contained some of the popular faces of Indian television industry as its main leads, such as Ram Kapoor & Manav Gohil.
