I have lot of questions about Lokpal bill.
Will there be lokpal appointed from top level to bottom level(City, district)? corruption is not only at central government level.
How the lokpal will be selected? will it be by election or selection or competition?
What is the guarantee that lokpals at all level will be as honest as Anna ji?
Don't we have police, administrative servents, ministers, politicians etc taking oath of honesty and still doing corruption, then what type of oath lokpal will take?
The conuntry where everybody is corrupt, from politicians to NGO to judiciary to police to education to administration, I don't have much hope from lokpal bill. Lokpal will also be added to this list. Everybody wants the corruption to be eliminated but dont know if lokpal bill will really do that.
There is need to tighten the existing law and judiciary instead of bringing parallel judiciary system. Annaji should have put whole picture to the public, just merely saying it will do this, that is not sufficient. They need to present fully practical picture. This should be implemented in one small state as prototype to see how it works and then can rolled out to other state.
