I think not a doctor or something. They will first concentrate on Anandi's liberation and coming of age. A new guy isn't going to come any soon.
I think even if a new guy comes, it could be either some young reporter, social worker, MLA, cop or IAS officer who comes to know of Anandi's exceptional social work, starts taking a fancy to her, learns of her life story and becomes even more impressed with her - and ultimately wants to be her life partner.
I feel it will not be Singh family who would find a new guy for her. Rather it would be her work that would attract someone to her.
Anandi will hesitate a lot before going through the whole marriage thing due to her past trauma, but the man would try his best to make her come out of it and give her a happy life.
BTW, I don't think we always need to show guys or marriages. A woman can choose to live independently, give full importance to her mission/her calling in life without bothering about marriage. Such women also have complete respect and are loved and admired due to their work.
If keeping Anandi single seems too radical for a typical Indian soap, then a guy can come into the picture later, once Anandi has stood on her feet and is making waves through her activism.
