Hey I am new here!! I think its ammaji's and Jhanvi's or ammaji's and avatar's plan...as she finds out about the medicine and knows what Jogi baba tried to do in the hospital!! Ammaji's character is way too smart than anyone else there!!

Hmmm. But since the promo showed both the Ammajis alone and each asking the other who the other is, I doubt if it's Ammaji's idea😕
