Gayatri did a wonderul thing today...in one minute, she made Shruti a mom....that was definitely redemption...
Absolutely agree, however kind of felt sorry for gaytri, she made a huge sacrifice. Her acting was really good, and soo was shruti's, i just hope now that they get gaytri married off and she settles down now, and she doesnt interfere with shruti and sameer's life.

Oh yeah, definitely! And the fact that Gayatri hasn't died as reports had indicated, but merely left the country, means that her track hasn't had "closure", which means that there's even more possibilities of her coming back in the future and claiming the child as her own...she could have even come back from the dead, but considering Ekta's comments about not bringing back people from the dead again (hmm, I'll have to (not) see it to believe it!), it must have been a conscious decision to keep Gayatri alive, so as to keep future plotlines open...
