They all were having lunch, Rajji was also there with Yash, she was still not able to believe that Maan and Geet were getting engaged that too as being love birds, she tried hard but did not remember a single incidence where Maan favored Geet over her; NT saw her confused expressions and approached her

NT: Rajji is everything Ok

R: yes

NT: you look confused

R: no

NT: you are thinking how come these two fell in love

R: um

NT: how would you have known, they had always been careful not to let their feelings out in public

R: but I am her sis and I was there all the time

NT: yes, but too much in Yash's thought (laughed)

R: may be you are right (laughed)

The Shagun ceremony was finished and it was decided that engagement will be held next month at Delhi. The Khurana's were settled in the guest house for the evening, next day they had to meet the Panch's (5 elder men of the society) to inform them about the future alliance.

Later at night, Maan was standing on the terrace of the guest house, Geet was pushed in by Rajji and NT and they closed the door behind, Maan turned to see who was there and was mesmerized to see her adorned in a pink sari

M: you look beautiful Geet

G: thank you

They both sat there on the Charpai, and he held his hand very softly, she smiled

M: I am still not able to believe

G: that we are going to be married

M: um

G: and

M: how come papa knew about us?

G: I think Nakul should be asked, after Dadi went to Mumbai, he sure has to tell some one to ease out the indigestion

M: yes, even papa said Nakul too knows about us

Both laughed, they sat there for long just holding hands and talking about nothing and everything, they looked like couple married for long, Rajji was trying hard to listen and NT was just sitting on the steps reading some book

R: Bhabhi you are reading this stupid book, are you not worried that they might do something that shall not be done before marriage, as we have locked the door

NT: relax Rajji, they will not do anything

R: how are you so sure?

NT: they had got far more chances of becoming intimate, when they did not use them why will they do any thing now, when they know we are sitting here

R: oh

NT: oh, not every couple is so passionate like yours

R: Bhabhi

NT: Rajji, ok now open the door, and let's go

Rajji opened the door and the two left

After they have left Maan pulled Geet and traced his finger on her lips and crushed her hard, she responded as usual, after long lingering he let her go, when they sensed that it will not be wise to continue as they will not be able to stop now that they know they will be soon married.

After meeting the Panch's next day the Khurana's left in the afternoon.

Maan was lost in her he daily went to his office and the first thing he did was switch on the camera and say hello to Geet and brief her with the day's schedule, and before he left he wished her good night and told his next day's schedule and switched off the camera.

The days were flying it was just a week left, in the engagement, Maan has not appointed any secretary, either Sasha or Sameera handled the office work as per requirement. He got hold of an important deal and he had a meeting with the clients just after 3 days and he was busy preparing the details, both Sasha and Sameera were helping him along with Adi.

Tomorrow was the meeting, and as he was leaving for KM he told Geet about his appointment next day and that he will come at 7:00 am to wish her good morning and take the files.

Next day 7:00am

He entered his cabin and switched on the camera, "hello Geet, sweet heart I have a meeting at Kishangunj today, so I will be out for the whole day, will probably return at 7 pm, you will miss me Jaan, I know you will" as he was saying his cell buzzed "its Adi, I have to take it" and he received the call, "yes Adi, I have the files"'. "Ok I will pick you in 15 mins"'. "Yes, I will" and while talking on the phone he waved his hand to the camera and went out.
