The way he looked at Anjali today was the way a husband looks at his wife, with affection in his eyes so I think thats love
But I think its more desire & lust he has for Khushi rather than actual love

You can see the love of anjali in is eyes. and he really does care and show concern for her.
as for khushi, i have now clue my guess is attraction but he does seem to care for her too but not love
