When Gauri reached the haveli and got married ... I dont know why, I felt that she completely lost the quality of her looks. Her face changed, she looked old, worn-out and not the fresh-faced gauri from before. She also looked substantially older.
I attributed it to make-up to make her look stressed out, and perhaps also to the fact that the actress may have put on a little bit of weight or something.
Even at Kundatai's doorway yesterday she looked old and worn-out type of woman.
Then suddenly in the next scene, she was wearing her green and red chudidar kurta, and voila! again she looked fresh-faced and as young and beautiful as before the haveli adventure! So young looking again.
Is it the type of makeup or is it the outfit or what?
