No one can deny the fact that friends are truly a bunch of special people. If you are someone's friend that means you are a chosen one. You are not in his or her life by accident of birth or by chance. You are there because you are loved and you are wanted. Friendship is a fragrance, a beauty that never fades with time. At times when you are low and feel that the walls are closing in, a pat on the back or a warm hug from your best friend can infuse a fresh air of breath. They know you in and out. They understand you. They can relate to you. They are the ones with whom you have spent so many sweet and sour moments. Without friends life is like a colourless painting.
On Friendship Day the world admires the affectionate accord of friendship. It is celebrated on first Sunday of August month. This year the special bond will be celebrated on August 7 and on this special occasion TellyChakkar spoke to some of the TV celebs and asked them what friendship means to them.
Friendship for me is the most special and purest of all relationships. There are no expectations in friendship. You make friends without judging them. It doesn't mater if someone is rich or poor, smart or dull; it just clicks and you become friends. I believe it's a lot easier to make friends than to fall in love. You can be with a friend all day and still not get bored. Friendship is very special to me.
