DS can herself file a case on J in the capacity of "karta of an undivided Hindu family".She can appoint any one in the family to arrest the illegal practices of Jagya & bring her lado pota back home.

Even Basant could do it on his own!,as he is the senior male member in UHF in the capacity of karta.

What will be the point...to force a man to be with you..who obviously doesent want to be with you...if he comes on his own accord fine..frankly even that after the way he has humiliated her no self respecting woman would take him back...but if she files a case on illegality of his marriage to gauri...chances are .he may start hating anandi...and make her suffer more...so whats the point..ya it will certainly be useful to drag the track further and to fill episodes for some more months..😆

I agree with sonia77.

There are only two things to be got from filing a case

1. Jagya coming back (yuck!) and

2. Court forcing Jagya to pay alimony. My response to this is --> 😆😆😆😆. Anandi is already controlling the finances and he is a shameless beggar.

So there is no point.

The only reason to still file a case is for revenge/vendetta to teach Jagya a lesson and send him to jail... and to break gauri's ghamand and officially label her as a doosri aurat.

😆😆

Quite frankly, it would be in anandi's best interest to focus all her energies on her future rather than waste time on vindictiveness.

Nothing tangible will be got by anyone filing a case.

yes..it is true..that we cannt gain anybody's love by force or by filing a case. But at the same we shouldn't keep quiet feeling wats d use of filing a case.. It is not for forcing him to return back..it should be done to punish him.. This is not to be called a revenge.. this should be called the fruits that jagya need to get for what he has done..he has to taste his own medicine...

If anandi keeps quiet ...may be if vl happen to gauri also in future..who knows..anyways i am least bothered about gauri... but jagya should be punished ... 😊

You got my point ! Ya... jagya must not be left free! That too DS as a head of the family is directly taking the action & NOT anandi as j might hate A. DS can always take action & her punishment would be a lesson to many other such Jagyas!and would also be courage booster to many such Anandi s.

To hell with his hormones!!,when he has nothing to do with his parents,elders,co borns,friends,teachers n God!

His own parents disowned him!! He'z an out sider now! He must be punished!

Agree on fact that Jagya has to be punished.

Also think that regarding alimony: decision should be made based on future earnings as a doc that he shall be financially responsible for Anandi. And he should be made to pay retroactively once he starts earning. When he feels it in his wallet then he will think twice before acting selfishly.

When he can not pay alimony,is it THAT necessary for such a non earning idiot to run after other girls??

I dont want Anandi to file a case nor give him divorce...Gauri was flaunting her legal status like a trophy...now she'll remain illigal wife forever thts best punishment for her...Anandi shld ask for divorce wen she's got someone in her life and wants to move on...till then let Gauri remain Jagya's keep.

More than Gauri's reaction - I was surprised by Jagya's reaction.

Atleast Gauri had tears streaming down her face and ran out into the car.

Jagya had NO reaction. No reaction to the news. No reaction of surprise to his gawar father being so knowledgeable about the law. No reaction in terms of how to get out of this situation realizing that he is still married to her. No reaction about what will be Gauri's status from now on.

Nothing. Just that same shifty eyed expression. He looked to see if dadisa had anything to say. She just turned her face from him and then walked back upstairs.

Then he put his head down and walked away.
