I also think she is back mainly for Dev. I mean Geet no longer carries NT's "pati ka ansh" inside her so I think NT would either come back (if she ever does) to take revenge on Maan for pushing her off the terrace or more likely, Dev who slunk away to Canada after their release from jail and tried to divorce her. Also, when she hears about Nandini she is going to go bonkers. At the rate Dev acquires new women, NT can make a career as a serial killer, just by killing off his new love interests!
