They were still stuck in the jam and snowfall was continuing badly'.the roads were covered with snow'.Geet was unconscious and maan's tension was growing up second by second'..he rested her head on her laps and rubbed her hands'.but she dint responded'.maan took out his waist coat and put it over geet''his tension kept on increasing'!!
Finally he decided to look for a shelter'..he asked the driver to take them to a nearby hotel'..but it was about 2 feet of snowfall on the roads and the car could not even move from where it was standing.
Maan( self-thought) agar aise main subah ka intezaar karta raha to pata nahi kya ho jaega'lagta hai muje hi kuch karna padega' main geet ko iss halaat mein nahin dekh sakta'.
He got up from the car and took geet in her arms and started to look for some shelter'..!!
Snowfall was continuing at a fast pace and it was difficult for him to walk and when he carried on geet became more difficult'..he slipped many a time but dint loose his hope'moved on but still could not find any place for rest.
It was getting cold and cold'..maan too was shivering now but he continued moving on''finally he saw a shelter which eased his tension a bit'..!!
He rested geet on a chair outside the house and knocked the door but no-one opened it''.he went to geet again rubbed her hands...tried hard to bring her consciousness back'..
and finally he succeeded'.geet opened her eyes''maan was so happy'..
Maan: geet tum thik to ho na?
Geet nodded her head in approval. Maan hugged her''maahi in background'...
Maan: geet tumhe iss haalat mein dekh kar pata hai main kitna darr gaya tha.
Geet(was unable to reply it was so cold) and again fainted.
Maan kept talking to her but she dint replied'.they were still in a hug...
Maan: geet'geet tum kuch bol kyu nahi rahi ''breaks the hug and notices that she was shivering badly and was unconscious'..
This was the time maan could not think much'.he straightaway opens the door and takes her inside the house. He rested geet on a bed and covered her with a quilt, blanket and lit fire around her. Maan was again rubbing her hands and found that geet had high temperature too''!!!
He starts putting wet pattis on her forehead''.did it for a while'.and felt that her condition was bit improving'..
Maan tried calling up doctors so that he could seek their advice once but networks were jammed due to bad weather'..
He kept rubbing her hands...but he knew that he had to wait till the next morning'..maan was too feeling cold' he sat near her holding her hand and fall asleep'..!!
It was midnight now'..maan broke up with his sleep'.he saw geet sleeping peacefully '..he thought to wake her up and ask how she was feeling but dint disturbed her'.
maan noticed that the coals in the fire were almost burnt now'..so thought to lit them up again'..as soon as he stood up'.geet holded his hand'. "please muje chod ke mat jaiye"'..
maan was surprised hearing this''he sat back near her'..and kept staring geet''!
maan(self thought) ye muje kya ho raha hai''geet ki main koi bhi baat nazar-andaaz kyu nahi kar pa raha hu'..use main takleef main bhi nai dekh pa raha''aisa lagta hai ki vo har pal mere hi pass rahe'vo hasti hai to main hasne lagta hu'.uske chehre se jaise meri nazar hatne ka naam hi nahi le rahi'.abhi be sote hue ekdum pari ki tarah lag rahi hai''mano koi pari aasman se utar ayi ho sirf or sirf mere liye'.
Thinking all this he even fell asleep.
It was next morning now maan woke up and was waiting for geet to get up''she was fine now''temperature was okay''maan stood up near a window and saw that whole of Shimla was covered with snow'.it looked as if the hills was covered with white blanket'everything was so calm'silent''but that beauty was nothing in front of his geet''!!
Finally geet woke up'she saw a new place and saw maan standing behind her''.!!
Geet(self thought) ye kaha pe hai hum'or mere upar ye sir ka waise coat''.stands up immediately and looks at maan''😕😕😕
