Rishina in Sati
Kandhari aka Jasmin of Suno Har Dil... will play a rebel in her next show

Rishina Kandhari, who was recently in the news for being injured on the sets of Suno Har Dil Kuch Kehta Hai has signed Sahara One's forthcoming show Sati. She will play an important character called Anu in the show.
Rishina says, "Yes, I have signed the show. It will go on air from May 29. I play Anu, a very timid girl who has been brought up under the guidance of a very strict father. The show revolves around how she breaks free and turns into a rebel. I have my fingers crossed and hope that the show starts off well."
Rishina adds, "Well, I am happy that I am finally being taken seriously as an actor. It took me a long time to prove my mettle. Previously I had done shows like Saath Rahega Always, Aakrosh, Dekho Magar Pyaar se, Apne Paraye and Meher, but it is only now that recognition has been coming my way."
Apart from work, Rishina is also pursuing her hobby of embroidery. "This is a new pastime that I have picked up. During my free time and in between shots I managed to embroider a long skirt for myself. It took me six months to complete but the skirt is gorgeous. This has prompted me to take my hobby seriously," she says.
