Daksh and Naina watch the ceremony of Sakharpuda and he tells her that if she does not want to be here, they could go back, and she retorts, that he gets pleasure in creating these problems, but she does not wish to back out from problems, and she goes ahead to wish the couple, with the other guests, and when she comes face to face with Abhi, Daksh places his band on her shoulder to protect her.
At Patwardan house Sonakshi tries to make light talk. She tells her mother that she will come back, after Daksh comes home, and the Vibha tells that Daksh will reach her home, if it is late. Akruti comes slowly, walking in a daze, and her mother is surprised, Vibha tells that Supriya has brought a nice proposal for her. The first time the name Supriya is used here. Supriya tells Akruti that only if she likes they will proceed. Shyamal says she has no boy friends, and Supriya tells them, she will speak to the parents of the boy and let them know.
The scene moves to Lonavla. Abhi introduces Daksh as his cousin to his fiance,
and says, the girl is Naina. The bride looks at Naina. The fiance asks who has invited Naina, and Abhi tells her that after what she has done to him, she must have come to say sorry. Then Naina asks him, that he is the one who should be sorry, that she has come not to say sorry to him, and loudly tells him, that at least with this girl, to be honest. She challenges him, to say, loudly in front of her. Abhi tries to avoid a show down, and goes to her to change her mind, and Naina tells her that he was telling everyone, that he used to love her most of all the other people in this w orld. She tells him, even after that, you are getting ready to get married to another girl. The women, talk to one another, saying that it is this very girl who was engaged to him. mother. She tells her, "I will tell you about another truth about your son. I have never seen another empty headed man like him." She thanks Abhi for not getting married him. And she walks off. Abhi starts his arrogant talk, that there is no other worse girl in this world than her, and Daksh shouts at him. She tells Daksh that Abhi has a voice. She asks him to say it again. He repeats, that by coming here she has shown everyone her nature, and it is at this time, she slaps on his cheek. "Daksh you did not do a good thing by bringing a cheap girl here. Do one more favor for your aunt, and take her away from here." Abhi tries to jump piggy back on his mother. He tells them that she promised to marry him, and all the time she was keeping her friendship with Daksh. Daksh comes forward and holds Abhi by his collar. Naina holds him back. He tells Abhi that there is no one as low (ghatiya aadmi) as him. Naina walks out to the car, and throws her bag, butDaksh tries to settle scores with Abhi and pushes him back. He tells him, that he does not have strength to face truth. "You are a coward, and even today, you are the same. No guts." Abhi looks angrily at him, and Daksh goes out in search of Naina and asks if she is o.k. She tells him, not to touch her. She is deeply upset, and blames him for insisting her to come to this place. He tells her to hear him out, and then he tells her that she could not face it. He seems to say, that she failed in his test. (Foolish young man) He tells her, that she is not o.k. She says in reply, "How can a girl be fine, when someone who was to be married to her two days back, finds that her man is marriying another. You wanted to see me to break up, and got what you wanted." She does not listen to him. She tells him, that he wanted to see if he could stretch out his hand to save her when crushed under a heavy stone. Both, argue with each other as Daksh drives back to Mumbai and she suddenly warns him, before he could meet with an accident. The car swerves violently.
