Hola ppl! This is a short story. . . Just two or three more parts to it. . .I had actually started it as an OS, but I'm continuing it. .I'll post the other parts, if you guys are interested! =P So, read on and comment away! =)
They say, that if you see a "Forever and ever" in a person's eyes, then that person IS your SOUL MATE!
But, how can the same pair of eyes, portray both hatred and love?
This questions had been rattling in her mind and heart from the past six months.
The day she met him, there was no one on earth whom she despised more. But as the time passed and with the turn of events, she felt a strong pull towards him, she found herself attracted towards him against her wishes, there were occasions when she couldn't control herself and she found herself, staring at him and dreaming about him and she thumped herself on him and went in his way, just to see him acknowledge her presence or to just hear his voice, even if it meant he scolded her or spoke to her harshly!
Some time through all this she realized, she was irrevocably in love with him, and she also knew they had no future, but it was all about HIM, the moment she thought about him, the moment her thoughts drifted to him she lost all sense of the world and he was her only thought!
She kept ignoring all his hate and anger and she told herself, that he just needed time.
She also soon realized that it was not the circumstances stopping them from being together, it was HIM, He didn't want them to be together.
The look in his eyes clearly showed it. She could feel it in his words. She could make it from the way he was around her. She knew it that she was a nobody for him, he hardly acknowledged her presence.
But he was all she wanted! He was the first and last thought of her day! He was the reason she breathed.
Khushi sat on the terrace gazing at the stars and thinking about HIM, it was all she did these days. Khushi had thought over and again about it all, and she knew she loved him and also that Arnav detested her very presence in his life. So, she decided to leave. She was sick of fighting, fighting for a love which could never blossom in his heart, fighting to make her presence felt, even when she knew he hated setting his eyes on her. How could she withstand so much of hatred, from the very person she loved more than anything in this world?
She was unlike the other girls, she didn't believe in getting her love by hook or by crook, all she wanted was to see him happy, and if he would be happy if she left him alone, so be it!
Khushi decided to head back to Lucknow, as staying in Delhi reminded her of Arnav and it was getting unbearable.

He sat in his office merely staring at the wall before him.
"Ahem, Sir. . can you see this contract once?" asked his assistant.
He flipped back to reality and looked at him and took the file from his hand and signed it and dismissed him.
He slowly took a crumpled note out of his wallet.
It will be the last time you see me! May God always keep you happy!

He had lost count of the number of times he had read the note.
It had been a year, since he had last set eyes on her. She was right in promising that he would never see her again, but happy? He definitely wasn't happy! There was not a single moment he had not thought of her, her radiant smile, the jingle of her bangles, which had once irritated him beyond words, the chirpy way in which she talked. Each and everything about her was magical and she was an angel. Yes, she was his angel, an angel who had come into his life with hopes and happiness. But he was too much of a coward to love, he didn't wanna a heart break, he was wary of relationships, of faith, of happiness itself. He was scared that the darkness would be lurking around and it would pounce on him, dooming his world.
But not anymore!
Arnav Singh Raizada stood up and dialed his assistant's number,
"Make arrangements , for a trip to Lucknow!"
He kept it short and curt.
And now he was going to get her back, he was going to get his angel back.
A smile crept on his face. . .a smile that glowed in his eyes and which came straight from his heart!

That's it! I didn't know where to post it, I wrote it for fun! :P A few classes of mine were canceled today, so I thought of writing something on ArHi.
Nadi Di.. this one is especially for you! 😳 The next chapter will have a little more insight into Arnav's behavior! 😛
