She did photoshoot for american vogue.freida is 2nd south asian after Supermodel Lakshmi menon to do a photoshoot for US VOGUE

For me Freida pinto is an overrated actress. I watched slumdog millioner and couldn't see what the fuss was about (the songs were great) but there was nothing "woww" about her acting, she seems quite ordinary to me. And its not even like she even acknowledges bollywood, have we ever seen her in India, I dunno if she has even visited the country but if she hasn't she should or else the title "Indian actress" should be edited to "American actress"…..

you speak like as if only deserving ppl become big stars in India.There are many actors who could act much better than srk,salman and kat.But why are these 3 huge superstars in india but not the other who are much better actors than them.

Well ... put it simply .. she is lucky ... at the right place at the right time ... I don't see any harm in that

agreed that there are sooo many other good Indian actors who probably deserve more accolades and opportunities .. but then most of the other actors in bollywood are the same JUST LUCKY .. just that she is in hollywood instead

I wasn't even talking about stars in india...😆 where did srk, salman and kat come from...puhlease katt of all people, I THINK she isn't the best acctress in bollywood because ill say this simply she can't act (yet). She is very pretty and has nice sense of fashion and can dance but that is about it, the only film iliked of hers was nameste london...I never said that only deserving people in india become big stars, in actual fact i beleive only daughter/sons of big stars are given the opportunity to become big stars themselves (then there is a few like srk that don't fit into this stereotype)...Read my comment again i said there was nothing "wow" about freida pinto acting...but on your comment, i agree BOTH ollywood and bollywood provide a narrow pathway to reach the top...

edit: srk IS AMESOME😆 HE has delived a rang of different characters and has pulled them off so well. Veer zaara, dilwale, don, my name is khan (just to name a few)... Nnext to amitabh bachan he is he icon of bollywood in my opinion. And although i don't really like salman his acting in hum dil de... kyon ki, tere naam, mujse shaadi karoge was really good..They both provide movies that entertain and engage..star quality⭐️
