1. If Swetha is married to Sadha - the marriage registered but the divorce has not been sought. Swetha 's marriage to Mugs is invalid.

2. Have Chithra & Mugs been granted divorce (idhu ennudaiya doubt). Courtkku pOittu vandhu sweet senju saapittaanga la.

3. If Chithra and Mugs are divorced, then Swetha can become Mug's legal wife - but if she is not a divorcee Mugs is not her legal husband.
