Nice observations as usual Lennie...

I too will keep my views about Talli-Dulli-Kulli away from your thread😛!!!
However to add to your observations - when in their couple's lair (aka bedroom), Kesar confides his guilt to Gulaal about Talli having to pay for his blunder - there was possibly a hint about the photographs again. KG are framed in the large french window. Before this has been the venue for at least 2-3 scenes where an angry angst-driven Kesar was being given advice mostly by Gulaal. Always, the camera frame included a child-Kesar looking on. In yesterday's episode, we see Vasanth's photograph (the one with the surprised expression) near Kesar's elbow and the child Kesar pic hanging over Gulaal's shoulder. Usually in KG interaction scenes, Vasanth pics have alsways been closer to Gulaal. The current camera frame delibrately again shows us the duality in the couple and the journey Gulaal has to make. Kesar has matured, he is thinking about his actions and is growing into the man Vasanth wanted him to be, but Gulaal has yet to snap out of the past and let go of the little boy Kesar (even though she has her back to the pic, his image is looking over her shoulder) . Even a couple of episodes before, after returning back from her day out with her friends and Kesar, Gulaal takes a dreamy catnap with a Vas-Kes photograph at her side, constantly reminding us the viewers about Gulaal's mental frame of reference...
I might be reading too much into the photographs, but they are hard to ignore when they take up so much space in the camera frame and given the excellent camera work in the serial and cinematic nuances from past episodes, I cant help but wonder...
