I am sorry for using such strong language but he is really one. He tells Buaji and Payal that he is searching for Kushi or going to the Police Station but he was hagging about nearby doing nothing. I think Arnav was shocked when he heard the name Shyam. Maybe its my imagination.
In case Arnav comes to know that Shyam is staying in Kushi's house then I think he will misunderstand the situation and think bad about Kushi again.
