The cell was buzzing, he looked at the side table and said "Julie, your cell" she lifted her head and said "let it ring I am in no mood of attending it" he took the phone and said "it's Dr. Adrian" she instantly grabbed the cell "OMG, he's Geet's doc" and received the call "hello, Adrian Julie here" the doc sighed "Julie what took you so long" Julie has put the cell on speaker mode "I was not around, is everything ok" doc said "your friend Handa just left" she was surprised and so was Maan, "Geet was there, is she ok, what's wrong her appointment was due after 2 weeks" "relax, I did not call her she came on her own" and the doc told her everything in detail, he even let her hear the recorded conversation; Julie was rather shocked Geet never went alone to the doctor "hey Adrian, Maan is here why don't you talk to him about this therapy, he will be able to convince her" "what Maan is here, that's good she needs him he the only person who can help her, but Julie is he aware of that amputation" "yes, Adrian he is aware" "will he accept her as she is now" Maan grabbed the cell from Julie "yes doctor, I will there is no question of acceptance, I am only hers and always will remain, you just tell me what I have to do, I will follow all your instructions" "ok Maan, come tomorrow at my clinic during lunch we'll discuss" the conversation ended.

"Maan, she was so happy that day, she were returning from Indian embassy, and were on our way to get the ticket for the flight next week to India, I was talking to her on the cell, and she asked me to join her for at the bus stop, she was waiting for the bus and I were on the opposite end crossing the road, suddenly out of no where a heavy vehicle came in loaded with sharp iron bars, it was on wrong path so the police vans were chasing him and is all that hurry, the driver lost his balance and ran over the people waiting for the bus, 2 died on the spot and Geet was hit badly on her right side one of the sharp bars pierced her chest and stopped just near the rib cage, she had 8 cuts on the right shoulder varying from 1 inch to 2.3 inches in depth and 3 inches to 9 inches in length, apart from that 12 cuts on her right thigh again 2 inches to 9.5 inches long and about 2.8 inches deep, the bar that pierced her right side was followed by amputation" Julie paused as she felt her throat dry Man could sense the fear she was going through while narrating the incident she continued "doctors said it was a miracle that she survived" Maan interrupted "it must be some where in April 2^nd week" "yes it was" she said, "she fought at that time and now as she is out of danger she has stopped fighting, Maan do something save her, she will die not of that accident but of self pity" Maan held her hand and said "Julie I will go to visit Adrian tomorrow and discuss with him what I have in my mind, Geet will be soon her old self, now its time I take things in my hand"

Next day Maan met Adrian and discussed with him all the pros and cons and came to a conclusion, to make his plan effective he will need Julie's help, and so he called her and told her how she can help, and she agreed.

While he was returning he replayed his encounter with her on the first day when he had grabbed her in his flat, she had responded as always and when he had paused to take a breath and his hands started wandering on their own she slapped him, why? He thought then suddenly it struck him she slapped him out of her fear of being rejected, she had feared rejection OMG how could he have missed that, her eyes they were not furious they were pleading as if hiding some thing and he took it other wise, what a fool he was, but now he will use this as his tool sorry Geet but to get you back I'll have to hurt you first but Geet I love you and you also love me that I will let you tell me.
