PARI : GEET , MK... Mr.Chopra wants to meet us in his cabin right now

At Mr.Chopra's Cabin

Mr.Chopra: So team ur stay in Australia is for around 6 months and this time is not fixed this time can be reduced or prolonged depending on ur efficiency and the pace at which u complete the work. So the duration of the stay is entirely dependent on ur worth and capability to finish the work. As long as u stay over there company provides the accommodation for u so no need to worry about ur stay over there. So within 10 days u r expected to prepare everything ready from ur side since u r leaving exactly on the 10th day from today.

All d best team, i am confident u would keep the name of our company and prove ur worthiness.

U will be received by MR.ALEX. He will guide u as he is the care taker of u people there.

" OMG!!! it's really a big day, so many things happened today" said GEET as she rested on her bed throwing her hand bag aside on the bed. PARI laid beside her lazily on the bed "ya so many things which i could and couldn't understand ".

"which thing is bothering u dear tell me about that let me see if i can help u in making the thing understood by u"

"In fact u r the only one who can make those things clear for me"

"itna build up kyu de rahe ho jaldi batao ki kaunsi baat tumhe pareshan kar rahi hai"

"u know what ,as far as i know about u i thought u would kill me for what i have done today i told u to invite DD along with us for lunch and u have done the same without complaining anything and the most surprising thing u have shared ur food with him OMG!!!! am i dreaming? or this happened for real? sach sach batao Y did u avoid DD previously and Y did u treat him very nicely today?"

GEET remained silent for few moments she herself is searching for an answer for PARI's question. She remembered the day when she fought with herself about her feelings towards MAAN.

Initially she used to behave normally with MSK, she behaved in the same way as she used to behave with every other employee at work. One silly incident rather accident forced her to avoid MAAN.

GEET is working on her PC she received a mail that the details of project dead line and other stuff would be sent to her through fax. She headed towards the room where XEROX, PRINTER and FAX machine for the entire floor are located. Rest Room, Xerox Room, Cafeteria are in a row in that floor. Geet is in a hurry to collect the Fax; she is carrying a file along with her to get the Xerox of the necessary papers - she has to take a turn to reach Xerox Room. The turn is more like a dead end everyone would be careful when they are taking that turn because we couldn't see the person who is coming from the opposite side until they collide with each other if they are careless. GEET is looking at her watch when she approached the turn, she is in a hurry since it's the evening time and she need to catch the cab on time.

(Guyz i am providing the sketch of my imagination, if i didn't describe the office arena properly then i hope this small sketch of mine would help u to understand what i wanted to convey😉😆. If any architects are by chance looking at my sketch plz don't go deep into the details of my sketch😆, it would be embarrassing for me if u start analysing the details of my sketch😆)

She rushed to the Xerox room without keeping in mind the number of funny and silly accidents that took place at the DEAD END TURN.

With a sudden force she collided with a hard surface, the files in her hand dropped on the floor she tried to pull herself away from the hard surface but in that process she stepped on her dupatta, the tip of her pointed heel broke and she is about to fall then a pair of strong arms held by her waist and raised her up to a standing position. She clutched his collar tightly and closed her eyes. When she thought she is safe she opened her eyes all she could see is a well built, broad and bare masculine chest. She immediately removed her hands from his collar and his hands from her waist. Without looking at the person who saved from breaking her back bone she adjusted her dupatta, seriously examined her broken pointed heel and the scattered papers on the floor. Her anger knew no bounds she gave him a deathly glare and bent down to collect the papers then she realised that all the papers got wet because of the black coffee that MAAN is carrying before, he dropped the cup in the process of saving her.

GEET shouted in frustration looking at MAAN ' "can't u be careful enough and watch the way on which u r going, see what u have done - u have ruined my file, u broke my heel, i need to collect the fax and on the top of all i have missed my cab because of the mess created by u... u i am not going to leave u today...uuu have to..."

MAAN is extremely confused and couldn't bear her non-stop chatter any more he placed his hand on her mouth to stop her chatter.

MAAN : u FM RADIO turn off ur speaker... he took a deep breath and continued "now listen to me i am not the one who is at fault - all this mess happened because of u , what's so important that u r running as if u r participating in a MARATHON, i have saved u from falling instead of thanking me u r blaming for the mess which u have created, u have been working in this floor since past few months u r aware of this dead end turn it caused so many accidents over here and still u r careless enough and rushing like a jet plane ..." saying so he pointed towards the board on the wall which is bearing the caption "TALK LESS WORK MORE" with a picture of small kid placing a finger on his lips indicating SILENCE.

He left that place and didn't turn back to look at her reaction. GEET remained still "FM RADIO, what does he think of himself? Khud itna bada speech deke chale gaye aur mujhe FM RADIO bula rahe hai. u STUPID 'IDIOT 'RASCAL ... u ... u i have to invent a new language to scold u"

She went to her cubical sent a mail to Chopra that she need the soft copy of the papers which got wet. Mr.Chopra assumed that GEET is doing overtime that day and gave her some additional work asking her to finish it off that day itself. Geet is shocked to see the mail and again started scolding MAAN for ruining the papers.

MAAN's place is just opposite to that of GEET's place they can see each other if they raise from their chairs but both of them hardly look at each other as both of them would be always busy engrossed in their work as PARI's seat is next to GEET's she used to have a sneak peek to MAAN whenever she feels like flirting with him. (U can see the above sketch to know their exact places😆)

MAAN knew PARI is flirting with him but he ignored her because he is aware that she is having a boy friend and she is not serious about him so he used to ignore her mischief.

Geet raised from her chair gave MAAN a deathly glare who is seriously working on his Lap Top. MAAN can feel her eyes on him but he didn't react. She went to Xerox room this time she is careful not to repeat the same mistake took the printouts, Xerox, collected the fax and reached her place safely. She completed the extra work given by Mr.Chopra took a private cab and reached home.

GEET : Pari u know what that chopra, he gave me hand full of work when i was about to leave the office

PARI smiled : relax babes it happens he will be treating us more like slaves than employees

GEET : ya u r right, i am exhausted i need to take rest good night pari

PARI : ok dear good night ' sweet dreams

GEET smiled and closed her eyes MAAN's eyes flashed before her.

She snapped her eyes open with a shock and raised to sitting posture on her bed looked at the entire room to confirm herself that she is present in her bed room itself. "OH GOD!! MK ' MAAN with KILLER looks - kya jaroorat thi usko mujhe itna ghoor ne ki, ab dekho sapne me bhi vahi aanke dikh rahi hai". She took the water bottle present on the table beside her bed gulped the water and emptied half of the water in the bottle. "ok everything is fine now... u don't have any permission to ruin my dreams, u stare at me with those dreadful eyes of urs in the office that is enough, now don't spoil my dreams also". She laid down on the bed covered herself with the blanket and closed her eyes ' "not again" she whispered, this time she didn't open her eyes she is imagining the incident when he placed his hand on her mouth and silenced her, she could feel his touch on her lips even now also ' "What the hell, y am i dreaming about him? Just get lost u MK - MAAN with KILLER looks ...get lost"

She got off the bed and started thinking - what's wrong with me y am i dreaming about him? I am acting like a stupid, he scolded me, ruined my file, gave me the title "FM RADIO" and i am still dreaming of him. What's wrong with me? I need to come out of this - what did he say "TALK LESS WORK MORE"

OK then MR.MK i am not going to talk with u for any reason ... any reason. GEET don't look into his eyes, ignore him completely and remember- never ever wear pointed heels ' is that clear?

With that decided she took her cell phone - ear phones went to sleep listening to some peaceful songs.

From then onwards she never spoke to him, he didn't mind the change in her because he is least bothered. One day Chopra assigned combined task to MK, GEET and PARI. The situation demanded that they have to work together. She used to greet everyone in the office in the morning or while she is leaving the office except MAAN even when she is working with him. This used to irritate MAAN to the core.

"what does she think of herself ? she doesn't have the minimum courtesy to greet me. So what MAAN u can greet her and check for her response"

"what the hell y should i greet her? I am not going to take the initiative to speak with her she should be the one who must talk with me first"

There started the silent war between them they never spoke to each other they speak only through official mails.

3 of them used to have their break together. GEET used to have plain MILK with 2 cubes of sugar, PARI prefers TEA and MAAN used to have BLACK COFFEE with one cube of sugar.

GEET : how does he drink that bitter black coffee i hate his taste

MAAN : uhhh!! MILK bachi hai kya abhi bhi sirf dood peti hai

They used to communicate through their eyes what they like, doesn't like, they prefer, don't prefer everything. When they are discussing about the project PARI used to act as a mediator to convey their ideas to each other. At first PARI didn't realise slowly she understood that there is something going on between these two.

GEET's behaviour and ideas used to fascinate MAAN when he is working closely with her. Whenever she explains anything she used to look at PARI and explain but she could feel MAAN's eyes on her. Now even without looking at him she could tell whether he is looking at her or not.

GEET snapped out of her thoughts. "ya PARI, hmmm listen now we are going to work together in a new country, there only 3 of us would be there. I thought it won't be wise enough to behave in a silly manner so i extended my hand to make friendship with him. That's it, nothing more"

"r u happy? did u got ur answer can i sleep now?"

PARI: i don't feel like believing u, r u telling me the truth?

GEET: seriously i am telling the truth i don't want to continue this silent war with him any more
