Manini got married at a young age and gave birth to a daughter but unfortunately the marriage soon ended. Manini and Mihir met at a common friend's party and it was love at first sight for Mihir. They became friends and on the third day Mihir invited Manini home for dinner where he proposed marriage to her. Manini was a little apprehensive and informed Mihir about her past, but nothing could change his decision. The couple married within a month of meeting each other.

Manini says, "Mihir is the most genuine and loving person I have ever met. He is also straightforward just like me and that's what works for us as a couple."
