I do get your point...And do partly agree…Damodar was a coward in the beginning and later on...he was afraid of being rejected…I think Damodar was selfish and always took the easy way out…
But he did love his kids...the way he knows best...and I think paid for his sins too…
The reason I was happy that Dutta called Damodar baba is not that he forgave his father and the father deserve forgiveness…No…but because Dutta need to forgive his father for himself…to be able to move on…
