Hey admins,

From wednesday there is problem regarding receiving e-mail notifivations for our posts and comments posted in some posts. Sometimes we are getting late notifications and sometimes there is no notification becoz of which we are missing many worthy and important comments and replies. But we are receiving PM notifications on time.

Frst of all I thought that is with me only but when I asked my frnz then they said that its with everyone and which is creating big mess.

Its a kind request to look into it ASAP becoz we cant enjoy IF without notifications. Please reply soon and waiting for ur reply

I am also facing the same problems admins. i am getting notifications from Fan Fictions section and PM notifications, but I am not getting notifications from the PKYEK forum posts, especially from Halla Bol Threads.

Recently we made changes where a person posting on a topic within the next 30 minutes of the last post then we are not sending the notifications.

This was basically done to reduce the load on the mail server on certain chat threads and sending mail notifications was further irritating the users with mails every few seconds.

But we have now reduced that limit to 5 minutes so this should solve the problem for many members and also reduce the load on the mail server.

Thanx alot Vijay sir for the timely help and I totally understand that so many mails must have created load on the mail server. And 5 minutes is now totally justified.
