Once again, I have to praise Saakshi and Tina. Shruti and Parvati's scene today was awesome and so believable. I'm so glad that Anisha and Chaya's trick backfired, in the sense that it didn't drive mother-daughter apart. In fact, if its possible, I think it brought them even closer together. The rest of the family were against Parvati anyway, so that doesn't really matter, as long as Shruti and Paro stay a team. Now there are no secrets between them, and nothing that could potentially damage their relationship. I'm really proud of the way Shruti handled that. She was so mature and so strong: we thought that she would be upset that she is not Paro's real daughter, but she knows her mama well enough to know that there is no prejudice in her heart, and that blood ties have NEVER taken precedence with Parvati.
I also liked the way Shruti was ready to forgive Gayatri for Parvati's and the unborn baby's sake. And how when Chaya mentioned Suyash Mehra's name for the umpteenth time, Parvati just silently walked back to her room and gave no explanations. That was awesome, she doesn't need to explain herself. I think Paro's finally learning that trusting this family to believe her is a futile task, and its better to save her energies...although I do wish the poor thing would stop crying.
All in all, a decent episode, although I did expect more explosion with the revealing of the kidnapper issue...but I guess its been dragged for so long, they just wanted to end it.
