I think yes because if Alisha stays in the raizada family then she will know that ved is pregnant and she will take Kris with her

well as from sree's new promo post we find out that alisha knows the truth about ved being pregnant and dhruv tells alisha its up to her what to do now...

...does it mean that kajal can never be a mother again?

Maybe there will be new turn in the story like the in one movie exact name i don't remember in which Tabbu transfer her fetus to sushmita.....What do you think?

you can't transfer a fetus to another person b/c a fetus is living already inside the mother. However, you can transfer your eggs which are fertilized in vivo and than transferred into a serrogate. In Vedika's case i was thinking that she might give her child to Kajol but the promo put up by Sree shows that Alisha will find out about Ved's pregnancy.
