Hi all
If youth is getting more influenced with the Live in concept, then ethical and legal communities of world must take some necessary steps to keep the concept original and rational!!?...Do you think both live in relationship and pre-marital sex are considered sin socially and morally??
If a couple(male and female) are staying together without the commitment does it prove more commitment?????

In my opinion there is nothing wrong with live in relationships. Marriage is a religious concept. Why should a couple need approval by having a certificate to confirm their love?

If its what you want then there is nothing wrong with it.

Well I'm not so sure about the live in concept, if you like someone why not follow the age old process of traditional marriage

And marriage is not just a religious concept, it is a legal contract too.

Guess people who fear commitment probably chose a live in concept , sounds more like use and throw concept

just my 2 cents

Usually, people do not endeavor to look past the conventions, because they clearly dun wanna waste time trying to be rebellious, but that never means their regard of the culture is any respectful.

And I see no point in descending the convention myself, given I do not believe in it and that also means that I am not a traditional marriage fanatic like my people. I can't comment on the other mentioned issue, I have many years before I will be meant to question my ability to commit. But as for traditional marriages, they are vague in principal.

Oh man, I've had this debate too many times here.

Right now I only live with IF, any more arguments on this and I might as well be married to IF.

Socrates about marriage: "By all means marry. If you get a good spouse, you will be happy and that will be good for you. If not, you will become a philosopher and that will be good for the society." In both cases, it is a win-win!

Why even marry a person! Why can't we just live together happily-ever-after! 😉

In some countries like Malaysia living together is not only jailable but they will be caned or whipped (if any party is a Muslim). Same applies if they are found together in a hotel room.
