Maan sighed & turned amy.. he was soaked in blood .. his face was pale. He was not breathing. Maan patted his face couple of times.. he screamed dodo dodo!!
there was blood every where.. nose, mouth .. he panicked ..seeing so much of blood. He had never seen a child bleed... actually never seen anyone like this...ever in his life. He helplessly screamed dodo ..dodo.. his voice cracked in angony.. the plate in her hand fell...breaking into pieces..spreading all along. With his cry she knew it was amy!!! she ran with tears already forming in fear. She could see the sight from far.. Maan was continuously trying to wake amy..he was shaking him.. patting his cheek, turning back couple of times.. looking for her.. his eyes was in pain ..in fear.. in guilt..rany ran towards her.. amy!! amy!!!..crying covering his face.

Maan lifted him & carried him towards Geet.. ballu was barking not sure of Maan was doing to amy. Geet ..called out.. amy!! ..her eyes were already in tears.. she slowly touched is cheek & looked at Maan in pain. She looked at the side of the beach where rahul & NT was.. she screamed.. rahul... di..
as they walked in to the hall.

Rahul & Nt immediately came in through the small partition between the beach houses. Rahul immediately checked amy's pulse.
Geet hugged Nt & cried. Thats when Nt saw Maan standing beside amy & watching him.. he looked so horrified.
Rahul told Nt.. call the ambulance now
rahul looked at rany - yeh sab kaisen huwa?
Rany explained the whole incident

nt roared - agar amy ko kuch huwa na.. I will kill u with my bare hands she warned Maan
Maan didn't seen to react to any thing he was too terrified to even take his sight away from amy, his sense had stopped responding.
Before Nt could speak another word Geet held her hand pleaded her to be calm.

Rahul shouted at Geet - kaha tha na.. we shouldn't be delaying the blood transfusion.
She kept quiet. Her heart was crying, they were supposed to have the transfusion only on Wednesday, thats been the schedule for a yr now, every 15th & 30th of the month. Thats why she even rushed back to be with amy during the transfusion. Rahul was feeling amy was looking paler off late.. more than the usual days thats why he was asking her not to wait until Wednesday this time.. but then she didn't want Maan to go through all this. She never thought in her wildest dream it could lead to this. This has only complicated the situation.

Rahul wiped all the blood & removed amy's cloths. Geet ran in & got a change for him. Maan was just looking blankly at the little boy who was totally pale now.. lifeless.. his heart went out seeing him. He felt like a lump in his heart. He hated himself.

As soon as the ambulance came.. rahul carried amy into the ambulance. They all followed in the car after changing. Rahul made emergency arrangements in the hospital for immediate treatment at that hr. Rahul & Nt rushed into the OT. Geet hugged Maan & broke down completely.
Geet - genie mera amy
she clung on to him & cried .. he stood helplessly yet again being the cause of her tears. He held her closely ..main ne jaan ke nahi kiya.. dodo.. I am really sorry .. I am so sorry. He cried like a baby.

She immediately cupped his face.. nahi genie tumahri koi galti nahi hain
he looked down..tears flooding down.. guilt of teasing him.. not lifting him when he fell.. provoking him .. I am sorry... really sorry.. he was terrified his hands were shaking. He had no clue wat was happening. Tumhari galti nahi meri galti hain.. she cried.. I delayed his blood transfusion..

he didn't understand he looked at her with a faded expression.
She was guilty, she didn't know how to tell him wat is wrong with amy. She pointed her hand towards the OT.. amy.. woh..
Maan tried to listen to her carefully
Geet - amy is thalassaemia major,
he understood it was something serious but didn't know wat it was - woh kya hota hain
Geet - like blood disease characterized by a genetic defect in the production mechanism of hemoglobin, woj jo oxygen-carrying pigment hain na red blood cells woh hi.
Maan - yeh kaisen huwa?
She hugged him
Geet - ek saal phelen he was coughing and sneezing and had a slight fever. He was tired and had no mood to do anything. We thought it was the flu so di gave him normal medicine. We expected to be fine but Rahul was concerned that Amy was extremely pale and anaemic-looking. He then decided to send him for a blood test. When the results came back, it was shocking to say the least. Amy..my baby..she couldn't say..it any more.. she sobbed he was diagnosed of..

he closed his eyes.. & kissed her head..woh teehk hain na dodo?
His throat went dry asking that question in fear.. expecting ..just hoping she says yes!!
she squeezed him tightly..like that question shook her soul. She softly nodded rubbing her head on his chest.. he is required to have blood transfusions twice every month to prevent him from falling ill.
Just tell me he is going to be ok. .. just tell me that.. he pleaded
she herself was unsure, since blood transfusion was a temporary solution. Rahul is been really working very hard on him.

Maan was so guilty. He was troubling a child who was so ill. He hated himself.. how could he behave so kiddish all this while wat the hell was wrong with him. Why couldn't he see he was just a small baby.. all this while he was lost fighting for God sake she was his mother. In his confused state of feelings & emotions he forgot all about being his age. He didn't know wat happens to him when he comes infront of amy. He just gets hyper in his presence. Some how amy always touches his cords.. like something deep, something he couldn't understand.. but thats him.. he never understood wat dodo meant to him for so dam many years. He had no one to blame but self. He kept looking at dodo who was trying to put rany a sleep who was shaken up with the turn of events. He couldn't even imagine the pain she was in. how did she survive all this. How did she take this anguish for a year. Where the hell was he all this while!!

I personally know 2 ppl who have this one of them is a kid suffering from this and she gets blood transfusion every 2 weeks /.. that too on a Wednesday (wat a coincidence)... she is also the same age as amy 8yrs i guess ... the only cure is a bone marrow transplant which is very difficult coz getting a match is not easy ... the other person sadly cudnt survive .. he was a family friend's son .. the only son of his parents ... he passed away when he was 16 ... despite limited resources .. his dad took him to UK , USA .. wherever ppl said there was hope ... and after his death his family runs an NGO helping ppl suffering from this disease ... especially those who cannot afford the treatment ... since the injections and transfusion cost pretty much ...

Loved the parts...though it was the buildup for the main revelation of Armaan being Maan's son(I am desparately hoping he is)... but what was it in the last part... is Ammy ill?? suffering from some grave desease is he?? dont tell me Geet- sucha happy soul has been suffering such miseries all alone?? n Maan hasnt even been aware of his responsibilities...so I cant even count his fault on that... plzzz dont make the kid terminally ill plzzz...
n as usual superb writing... I am waiting for some huge confrontations n then great makeups between these best-friends who have unconsciously loved each other more than cliched lovers even...they've done things for each other in the name of friendship which even a girl-friend or boy-friend wouldnt do... looking forward to lover-ly love between these two after the friend-ly support n unconditional love they have already showered.

u seriously listen to your readers or you simply are a fairy godmother... granting wishes ... I had asked for 2-3 quick updates... n u granted my wish... now my next wish is hope u dont make Maan suffer more by making him aware of his son only to tell him that his son is terminally ill... that'll be cruel... plz dont do that

All this I wrote in my previous post ,just when you were about to update part 51...I soo didnt want the kid to be terminally ill.. but, now that Amy is terminally ill... I am sooo sad 😭 ... just completed reading the newer chapters until part 54... my heart goes out for Geet.. poor girl realised her love too late and also understood the pain it brings with it...tragic that the girl had to learn both the meaning simultaneously...all said and done, Geet and Amy have suffered the most...Amy has suffered both physically (the love of a parent helps kids a lot in their illness) and emotionally, since he is of an age where he realises what having a father means in other kids life...n Geet's sufferings have been more evident... financially she had to support herself alone with a kid on the way, must have been very difficult I am sure... emotionally having an unplanned baby at her age when she didnt quite understand deep emotions like love would have been a big deal too..the arrival of baby was what brought the metamorphosis in Geet from a kiddish,impractical student to probably a responsible mother n woman... Maan and Geet's dynamics can be best described as peaceful yet troubled relationship where one of them doesnt know what his past deeds have resulted in and the other doesnt know that 7-8yrs have been futile waste of time since the reason she was away was that Maan's happiness lay with someone else... hope Maan doesnt bring a second child to this world with no love between its parents... he needs to tell geet before she conceives that he loves her, has loved her all along and will love her till his last breath...n same goes for Geet... she shouldnt make Maan think that he is just a sperm bank and he is right now covering for his past mistakes... Amy is not a mistake but a labor of love..an unrealised love at its best...Maan should also be encouraged by geet to divulge his inner feelings to Geet at the earliest!!
