Maan was offend!! he refuses to explain anything he was so wild with so many baseless accusations. & darji whom he regarded nothing less than Daadi..questioning him was really annoying him.

His silence was misunderstood. They were heart broken. How could they blindly trust him & give their daughter. It was tensed scene. Daadi understood their concern
Daadi - samdhi ji ..yeh sab aavahen hain. She was studing with him in college. Nothing else. Aur yeh phot bhi tab hi ki hain. College ke time ki
Brij - how do we know he didn't have any affair then
darji held Brij back.. he folded his hand together.. hume maaf kardijiyen ..hum yeh rishten nahi jodna chaten. Maan clenched his fist & stood numb. His ego was sharply hurt. It was beyond him to justify himself.

They just quietly walked out with a heavy lump in their heart. Papaji couldn't say much though he wanted to speak to Maan once. But Maan 's respond was too cold. He was in no mood to talk or justify. Daadi tried to tell Maan to stop them but it was in vein. He stood looking away.

Geet was unaware of all this. She wondered why Maan didn't call her the whole day. She did read the news but knew there was nothing to worry it was all baseless.

She was pretty sure Maan won't let anything go wrong between them least did she know wat awaited for her at home. She reached home, there was strange silence ..all of them gave a sympathetic look to her. She didn't understand wat was going on. She heard

Geet looked at both of their faces.. it looked tensed & worried.

Geet couldn't sleep the whole night worrying why he didn't call. She didn't know if it was ok to call so late. She thought for few mins & then finally called him
the phone kept ringing. He didn't know wat she had to say abt all this, but was some where happy she called. He took a deep breath ...& answered the call.. she was quiet for a min.. then.. aap teehk ho na?
Maan - umm
Geet - nahi main .woh...
she didn't know how to say she was worried abt all that & most of all he didn't call.
Geet - aap teehk ho na she asked again..
Maan - is that all u have to say he roared
she had tears in her eyes.. ek tho pura din call nahi karthen.. aur main phone kathi hoon tho naraz hoten hain.
Geet - good night ..she said abruptly breaking down in tears.
Dam he said.. as he knew she was crying. He was hurt but didn't know she meant so much to him. Her cracked voice her tears.. he closed his eyes in frustration. He couldn't even think of anything else but her god knows how many times since morning he wanted to talk to her but his ego stopped him. She knows every thing then why didn't she tell her parents or she also doubts me.

Next day on the breakfast table in Handa hawali
Geet quietly came picked an apple & began to rush to sanjeevni
darji - isne ring utra nahi abhi thak
Rano & thai ji looked blankly at darji & then Geet.
Geet innocently looked at Rano.
Darji - hume maaf karde beta we didn't know abt Maan's reality before
Geet could sense pain in darji's voice. She kept the apple down & came close to Rano feeling scared.
Brij - darji ne kitna pucha uss se.. kuch nahi kaha..kuch safai nahi di
Darji - humne mangni thod di
those words shook her!! she looked blinking at rano frst then papaji ..she ran out crying. Rano tried to stop her
thai ji - ro lene de bicahri ko.. ji halka hojayega
She took a cab to sanjeevni & kept crying all the way. Rano tried to call her but her phone came switched off.

Only thoughts that ran in her mind.. its over..!!! they are not together anymore. How could he just let something like this happen. She didn't mean anything to him, it was only her feeling love.. & attached to him.. only she lost her heart to him.. she tried to compose herself. Least could she. His thoughts haunted her every breath, her heart was broken, and feeling wrought. The flood of hurt that welled up in her was so hard to show for others to see. She tried to keep herself aloof.

It was not her relation that broke ..it was her heart.. she trusted him with that heart. She thought he won't let anything happen. She thought she meant something to him.. is it only her sitting here thinking about him in her little world, which seemed meaningless. She ran to the stair way & cried.. she didn't know wat else do. She couldn't go against her parents & she couldn't breath without thinking abt him. Its only been few hrs & it felt like hell. He didn't even tell her anything abt all this last night. Why didn't he explain to darji. Why did he keep quiet. Why!!!

her thoughts went all over.. thats why he didn't call her. Thats why he was avoiding her. The more she though abt it the more heart broke down she felt. She could feel herself breaking down completely.

She went back home calm & composed she didn't want to hurt their feelings. Later at night papaji came to her room. She immediately hid maans photo. She wiped her tears & sat up

papaji - pata nahi yeh sab kaisen ho gaya..
Geet - unho ne mujhe phelen hi bataya huwa hain is ladki ki baren main
papaji hugged her .. kitni bholi hain tu..

papaji - aab yeh sab darji ko kaun samjaye ga..
