I loved it too!

I loved the fact that he kept her diary safe and then urged her to reconnect with her dreams. Very sweet indeed.

Most of all, I loved the fact that Priya's father respected her privacy and didn't read her diary...that was unexpected. That such a minor detail should make me sit up and take notice shows what low expectations I have of these shows!

I can't wait for the day when Indian television will start delivering quality programming...the cynic in me says I should not hold my breath!

Absolutely agree. Bonding is superb. Father is the person who understands Priya! Mother is so insensitive to her own child.

after a certain point or u can say after a certain stage in life parents becomes friends and mostly it is seen that girls are attached with their fathers the most, over here they are depicting the same thing, kyunki Priya ki maa use samajhne me thoda katrati hain toh uske papa ne uska haath thama hain, ek aisi daur se woh guzar rahi hain jahan use sachhe doston ki zaroorat hain aur papa se behetar aur koi nahi ho sakta hain, I can say dis very confidently coz me too is very close to my father, her father understands so well and that's why he wanted her to be settled in her own life, she sacrificed herself for her family now its time to get paid for that that;s why her father is anxious about her and wanted all d happiness and joy for her.
