Runjhun enters Amma's room to gather the saris and the the jewelry that Amma has laid out. As she gathers the things, she looks around Amma's room, nostalgic as she remembers Guddu's words to her about Runjhun spending her last day in the Pandey House. She gathers the things and walks to her room.
She starts packing up Guddu's things as well as her own. On the other end Guddu works with his men to get the room cleaned up. They remove posters from the wall, and put curtains on the window. Runjhun takes out her box of jewelry and sees the two bangles given to her by mother in law, and remembers Guddu putting it on her. She wears one on each hand and smiles. At Guddu's place the room is done, looking clean and civilized and Guddu looks pleased with the turn out.
In Billo's room, Mittho narrates something to the others, with loud gestures with her hands, indicating something big. Billo asks if that plan will work on Runjhun. Mittho says it will not only work it will shake Runjhun.
Runjhun takes out the last sari from her closet, and stares at it, wiping the tears from the corner of her eyes. She changes into the sari and looks at the time. It is five in the evening. Runjhun sits on the bed, and contemplates how tides of time work so strangely. When you wish it to slow down, it paces away so quickly but when you're waiting for something, even as you see time moving it feels like it has stopped moving. Runjhun glances around her room once more and spots her mother's photo on the dresser.
She walks up to it and picks it up. She says that today, her presence is the one she's missing the most. She tells her mother that besides Amma she has no one, and says that today if her mom was here then her mother would be the one making the preparations. She hugs the photo then hears Mahadevi screaming.
Mittho is pretending to burn herself and Mahadevi. Mahadevi and Diamond who are no privy to the plan are fretting. The mamas make a hug commotion about stopping Mittho. Runjhun comes and asks what is happening. The mamas ignore her. Rajju and Diamond try breaking the door. Runjhun thinks it's because Mittho found out about Jabbo. She tries to console Mittho that they can talk and Mahadevi didn't do anything wrong. Mittho tells Runjhun to leave as this is her fault. Runjhun is confused. They all make a big deal about Runjhun leaving and tell her to leave them to their miseries. They then tell her that Amma gave Guddu 10 Lakhs to take her away. She says that because of that Mahadevi can't get married.
They all ask her to request Mittho not to burn Mahadevi by saying that she won't leave the house. Runjhun hesitates, and Mittho looks for the match sticks. Mahadevi and Diamond both request Runjhun. Mahadevi says that Runjhun always calls her the elder sister. Runjhun remembers Amma's words and the promise Amma asked her to make, and doesn't say anything. Mittho finds the match and lights it and stares at it. Runjhun says that she won't go, she tells Mittho to stop. All the mamas and mamis look pleased. Runjhun tells Mittho that if the money issue is a lie then she will go with Guddu. Mittho says that why would she try to burn herself and her daughter if it wasn't true. After Runjhun leaves, Mittho throws the match and Mahadevi notices that the match flickers out instead of catching fire. She realizes that the fire wasn't true. Diamond asks them if they were acting. Rajju and Mittho send their kids away. Mahadevi is shaken and leaves. Diamond rolls his eyes at his parents and walks away frustrated with them.
The mamas and mamis gloat on their plan and Mittho says that they will see the fun when Guddu comes.

Guddu comes and calls out from Runjhun from outside the Pandey House (he doesn't come in) He calls out to her. The mamas and mamis are downstairs and wondering if their lie will work. Runjhun upstairs hears Guddu's voice, as he continues to call out to her to come.
Precap: Billo asks if their lie will stop Runjhun from going, and if Runjhun and Guddu will fight again. Runjhun comes in with tears in her eyes and she looks at all her mamas and mamis.
For those worried don't worry, this was just the last resort and it isn't going to work for the mamas and mamis. Runjhun's after all tells Mittho that if it is a lie she will leave with Guddu. Also I just summarized the nautanki, I was so angry at the mamas and mamis that I didn't feel the need to highlight their antics. So I apologize.
