Jay and Ragini to perform on Double Dhamaal-articl

Commenting on their association with Zee Cinema, Mohammed Morani, Director, Cineyug said: "The event was designed in keeping with the tone of the movie. It was thus set to a dhamaal and comedy theme. We also honoured stalwarts of Bollywood comedy at the event."

Arshad Warsi, Ritesh Deshmukh, Javed Jaffery and Ashish Choudhary interacted with the host about the movie. Comedians Kader Khan, Shakti Kapoor, Asrani, Shubha Khote, Jagdeep and Johnny Lever were also honoured at the event

Part of the entertainment was a Sangeet act which showed 'Dhamaal before Shaadi' which was put together by Mahi Vij, Jay Bhanushila, Anang Desai, Smita Jaykar, Kishor Mahabhole, Savita Prabhune, Ather Habib and Priya Marathe. Jay Soni and Ragini Khanna put together an act to the theme of 'Dhamaal of Pehla Pyaar'. Shabbir Ahluwalia's performance was centred arouns 'Dhamaal of Cricket.' The 'Dhamaal of Pehli Baarish' was put up by Atul, Avneet, Vatsal and Vaishnavi.

The entertainment for the evening included acts by Ritesh Deshmukh, Vandana, Sarita Joshi, Angad Hasija, Karan Kundra, Mayuresh, Dharmesh, Siddesh, Jay, Prince Bharti, Krushna Abhishek and Kapil Sharma. Manish Paul hosted the event. Sound.com managed the sound and Vinayak video vision provided the video for the event.
