k someone clear my doubt...pia hit neil,jay saved pia n T convinces neil to give a statement to d police against pia...i don understand y everyone is sayin dat he lied...i don think he did!!did he??😕

I too didnt understand why ppl are saying he gave a wrong statement... she only hit him... and yeah after hitting him she only got him to the hospital.. just that Jay had given a false statement and sort of saved her for whatever motives... But while Neel's motives for telling the truth to police could be something else... what he is saying is not a false statement right? I did see that it was pia's car that hit him!

Actually what Neel said in his statement was that though he was drunk, he was in his sense, and so he tried to get out of way of Piya, but Piya was driving very rashly and hit him hard. This is what was wrong with the statement as Piya had pressed her horn, before applying sudden brakes, but Neel being so drunk had not heard the horn or noticed Piya's car.

neel gave a wrong statement and lied...

he said that pia deliberately hit him and caused the accident because of her rash driving...and that he was very much in senses though drunk and was trying to get away from the car's way...

so this is wrong as he and pia knew that he was totally drunk and lost balance which is why he came under pia's car suddenly...
