From all Yashraj's serials on Sony tv last year, Mahi Way was the only one that garnered decent trps. And now it is heard that Mahi Way 2 is on the way.

From all Yashraj's serials on Sony tv last year, Mahi Way was the only one that garnered decent trps. And now it is heard that Mahi Way 2 is on the way.
The heroine of the show Pushtiie Shakti aka Mahi was endearing as she played a fat but intelligent girl with ambitions of a cool job and hot guy.
Now sources claim that Pushtiie will be back on the show, in the same fat avatar. She was told to retain her weight and not lose it. If you ask why? Well the answer is simple- the character Mahi needs to be overweight. Buzz is that Pushtiie is under a three-year contract with the show's producer paying her a fat sum to stay plump for the show's second season. She is a talented actor and it was her weight that got her the role in the first place. Of course keeping with the plot, they wouldn't want Mahi to turn slim and trim.
While most female actors have to constantly watch their weight, Shakti is gladly sticking to her weight and happy about it.
Sources claim that though in Mahi Way ended with Mahi dumping her dream man, this time she will follow her heart and even relish a love triangle.
