Ekta gets a thumbs down from hitList

We're surprised by Ekta Kapoor's dictum. She has posted a signboard at the location of her shooting which says that none of her actors should talk to the press. Unless it has been fixed up by a PR hired by her, or she has personally given the approval.

Coming from Ekta, who is always accessible to the press, this comes as a rude shock. Obviously, the lady does not preach what she practices. The last time we looked, we were still a free country.

And the freedom of speech is something that no self-respecting person will give up without a fight. So be prepared for a revolt. And also look up the old history books. It might be interesting to read about what happened to the last dictator.

I think it's because of the recent scandals or rather bumpy co-stars that have spread news

i dun think she has a right to stop her actors from talking to media but den again i understand that she wudn't wanna take risks....sumtimes they give away alot of stuff which may be harmful to her serials

she has used her brain for once in her life! thank god she told her actors to do this, i mean they use to go and blab it out to the press about the future storylines, which is good for us but not for her! i mean she works so hard to make these dramas and then her actors come and tel us all the suspense in somer cases and then all her mehnat goes down the drain. hope u understand wat i mean! i am not an ektaa fan but today for the first time i think she did right. 👏

she had to do itbcuz she says actors telling the media about them quitting gives negative publicity to the show take the case of sujal & bajaj !!!! there was a lot of media hype involved
