By the way...In rich families (like Gujaratis and Marwadis)...the son/daughters...have to work through each department as salaried employees...for experience and knowledge...before they can get management positiions... they are treated also like employees and given salaries... usually...they are ready in 3-4years with complete knowledge of the industry and its inherent issues...
