well she hasn't realised at least,

the reason why i think d wont propose is that she's alredy said she does not luv daksh, so wen d sees abhi propose and them doing the play and songs together, he will assume naina lyks abhi.

Naina is not in love with either Daksh or Abhi...So I think her answer will be "No" to both... Or she might ask time to think about the proposals...She might think about it again and again (maybe until next Mahaepisode) and realise that she loves Daksh...

If Naina say "Yes" to any of them it will be very unrealistic...
