Since when you legally marry someone and that person has a child the child's last name does get yours , but Tammy was stuck with Rajvansh lastname, fare enough, but due to legailty issues Anmol also changed his lastname to Anmol rajvansh with due reason of taking care of the business and other responsibilities I suppose..

vasu always wanted to have her Ego upfront when it was with Anmol
She would remove all her badaas on him !!
