In the Malla household, preparations are going on for a major pooja. Rani, leaves the house without telling any one, and Laachi happens to see her and follows her, and on the way loses her, but she proceeds to the temple and comes back. On finding that Laachi has not discovered her, Rani goes to a village chemist, who dispenses, roots and herbal medicine, and purchases from him some poison, which she intends to mix with the mehendi.
At home the Pandit comes and pooja starts, and Phoolmani decks herself with the jewelry presented to her by Ramdei, and becomes a sore spot in the eyes of the guests, and of Radha, but Ramdei is very proud that she has dispensed with the money of her son, as the sole ruler of the household. Rani meddles with the meendi, and plots to harm the residents, but at the last minute becomes the victim of her own game, and the secret is out, that someone has played with the Mehendi, but who?

Preparations for the pooja are in full swing, and Radha is getting ready to put the mehendi, and Meera, also known as Rani the dancer, has contaminated the substance with poison, and is eager to take it and put it on Radha's hands, while Laachi watches them, with her eagle eyes, mistrusting the moves Meera makes.
In the hall, the women and the men are listening to the pandit, and Vishnoo is drumming and singing, and the others are swinging in tune, from one side to another, and swaying heads in sync. Radha, starts to blow on her hands as they have started to burn, and finally she can not bear it any longer, and they send for the medicine man, who comes. It looks that Meera is imagining that she is being caught, and the medicine man has discovered her plot. She pretends to faint, and drops the thali containing the mehendi, and when she gets up, collects the fallen cones, and puts the one with the poison in her pouch, and gives the other cones to the vaid. He finds no fault in the mehendi, and the whole lot, think it is a quirk of fate, except for Laachi, and the crooked trio.
In the bedroom, Laachi, is engrossed in though and on his return, tells Kesoo her suspicions, and as usual the man, tells her it is in her imagination, and tells her to go to sleep.

Rani's tap of crocodile tears overflows to win over Ramdei. Laachi on waking up her husband tells him to go to the fields. Meera has brought tea and milk but Laachi tells her not to do this in future. Now she wants to go to Radha to apply cream on Radha's hands.
Laxmi goes to see the Postman. He reads the letter sent by her son, which thanks her for the money. She goes in and sobs in front of Ramdei, and tells her that she has to take her son to a big hospital, and needs money. Ramdei, takes a stack of hundred rupee notes, and gives to the cat woman.
Ramdei orders Phoolmani to take her mother to the post office and send the money order to her son but her mother in law goes straight to the bedroom, and the mother laughs. As they are planning how to spend the money, Radha conveniently lands near their door and listens to them. Phoolmani keeps the letter under the matress and goes away, and Radha watches her. Radha goes and reads the letter.
Later in the day, Phoolmani is instigating the others that Meera has taken food to Radha and is feeding her, and makes everyone jealous, while Laachi, stares at her with disgust.

Radha discovers the letter sent by Gopal, and takes it to show her husband, who tries to question her motives, and is called by his father. He goes to him with the letter in hand, and Radha following him. As they talk, the subject of the letter comes up, and the outcome is all blame Radha, and Ramdei takes the side of Laxmi. Meera is happy that Sarju starts to distrust his wife. In the evening, Meera goes to serve food to Radha and feeds him, and Sarju is on his laptop, playing his video games or going to the excel sheet. One more day ends in the lives of this household, as Laachi ponders on the goings on in the house.

Radha and Sarju discuss their differences. Rani over hears them,and she is caught by Laachi, and then Laachi and Radha go down. Rani cuts the buttons of Sarju's shirts, to trap him, but Vishnoo finds her and will keep a watch on her.
Laachi is the only one who will defend Radha, and Shamboo gets disgusted with the women's attitude and leaves them. Laachi tells Radha that truth will come out in the end, and the evil doers, will be punished.
