I also think revelation is coming. All VD adn HL dialogues are pointing out to it. I think they are showing Divya hyper so that everyone is concerned about her and tried their best to keep her away from tension. Nivi is pregnant too but no body knows about it and she gets all the stress. Remember their wedding. It was Divya's shagun, divya's sangeet and divya's weding and Nivi-Viren ended up geting married too that too without any weding plan. They created all that for Divya.

She is the best at keeping away from her husband. She will attend to Nandu with so much love and care, she will shower all her hugs on Divya but come Viren she starts to remember how busy she is and how much the family needs her.
