What are the qualities you like about each other? Mohit Sehgal: I appreciate her honesty and caring nature. They are her most endearing qualities. Sanaya Irani: I can't pinpoint one quality. He has so many good traits. The biggest one is that he has a good clean heart. He is ready to do anything for others and helps people. | |||

What do you not like about each other? Mohit Sehgal: She gets irritated at times -over trivial issues!! I want her to relax and not fret about the small stuff. Sanaya Irani: I guess he is a bit slower when it comes to doing things, while I am a bit faster. Like, I get ready to go out before him or reach on time, while he will be a bit late. |
Do you think love is blind? Mohit Sehgal: No. Though I think it works differently for different people. Some are practical in love while others are not. Sanaya Irani: No. I have never been in love blindly. But I have heard of people who have been. I guess what they feel for the other person is infatuation and attraction- not love. And when they spend time together, they realise the differences. |
When did you realise you were in love with him/ her? Mohit Sehgal: Around six months before Miley Jab Hum Tum ended. Sanaya Irani: We were seeing each other for over six months during Miley Jab Hum Tum and till the end of the show. There wasn't a particular moment but I guess I fell I love with him over a period of time. |
The sweetest thing he/she did was? Mohit Sehgal: She doesn't know how to be very romantic yet she did the most romantic thing ever for me. She was supposed to go to the US and when she found out that she would miss my birthday as she would be there, she surprised me. She got a cool gift, baked a cake, brought wine and celebrated my birthday days before it actually was. It was really sweet. Sanaya Irani: I am very bad at sweet gestures but he is really good. He makes every day special for me. He is too good and too sweet. | |||

Does working in the same field help you understand each other better? Mohit Sehgal: Sure it does. You are aware of the workings of the industry and the ups and downs too. You don't need to ask why this happened or that occurred. Sanaya Irani: I guess it depends on the people and their relationship- not the profession. If you understand each other's job and trust your partner, then it wouldn't matter if you are in the same profession or not. But for a little bit, it does help. |
Love is... Mohit Sehgal: Sanaya. She is everything to me. Everything I do, I do for her, keeping her in mind. Sanaya Irani: Love is unconditional. Family means... Mohit Sehgal: Priority. Family always comes first and they will always be there for you, with you. My family's support in life means a lot to me. Sanaya Irani: Everything. |
Marriage is... Mohit Sehgal: I don't know as I am not married. [laughs] but I think one should marry when you are absolutely sure about your partner. Marriage is a serious commitment. Many people think they will work it out, or marry in haste due to age and other reasons, but I suggest wait, take time and think before the big step. Sanaya Irani: Though I am not married, I feel marriage is a serious thing. When I do get married, it would be with total faith in the relationship, my partner and with full on feelings. |
Message for fans... Mohit Sehgal: Being in love is sweet as it is a wonderful feeling. Love is totally indescribable. It changes you as you want to become a better person for your beloved. Love is superb. Sanaya Irani: Think from your head not heart when in love. It will work in the long run. |
