Hola everyone . I'm writing an OS on y'day's fabulous Geet & Maan reunion . Its my version coz I felt they both need to clear their insecurities . So w/o much delay here goes ...
Letter from Maan to Geet ;
... my love , my happiness , my life , my very existence lies with you Mishti . I'm waiting for you @ the back of the mansion . I'll wait for you forever Geet but will not go back Delhi w/o u . My wait will terminate with the end of my life or in your arms . Choice is urs Geet .
Your Maan ...
That was it , Geet's eyes spilled endlessly as she clutched to her mangalsutra . No matter what , Maan was her pillar , her support , the very reason for her existence & most importantly her love . She could not see her love like this... hopeless .
Soon , she dashed for the back door , through the hallway ; her eyes madly in search for her man . As she reached the end her eyes spotted a looming dark figure ; a figure she can't forget , a figure that accelerated her already racing heartbeats .
"Maan" ... she whispered

I was waiting for her . I felt my heart would leap out any second . Although my heart was sure my Mishti would come , my brain refuted quoting her " my heart does not beat for u anymore Maan
I've even stopped thinking about u "
Clearing such negative thoughts from my mind ; I waited in hope , my last hope .
"Maan" ... I thought my ears were ringing . The same musical voice that I was dying to hear reached me . It was a mere whisper , I thought I was dreaming . As I turned to the inevitable source of the voice I saw my angel , my mishti , my life , my love ... my Geet .
Tears were incessantly flowing from her eyes ,yet she was smiling , smiling from her heart . Seeing her for real I was relieved , happy , overwhelmed ...I could not express how I felt .
Then she ran towards me , I opened my arms as she engulfed me in bone - crushing hug ... I got my life back . As her warmth seeped in me I felt my dormant heart started beating again , a lone tear made its way out as I smiled in content .
My mishti is in my arms .
Geet : Bas Maan I can't fight with myself anymore , I can't stay away from u , I can't live w/o u . I tried to forget u but failed . U r my life Maan
Maan : I know Geet . No matter what happens I always knew u can never forget ur Maan . I'm sorry I hurt u by those heartless words . Geet , I was grieving our baby's loss & u too looked lifeless in front of me . I could not bear to see u like that . I tried to talk to u & cheer u up but was myself unsure how to approach u .
Geet I'm possessive about u . You are the air which I breathe , u r solely mine . So that day @ holi when I saw u applying color on Dev I could not control my anger & uttered words I should not have . Please forgive me I never meant th...
Geet stopped Maan midway by putting her palm on his lips . Maan ignored the tingling feeling of Geet's soft palms on his lips & stared @ her intently
Geet : Maan I know , I should not have gone out with Dev that day . I'm sorry but even I was not in my right frame of mind . I took everything offensively @ that point & time .
So when u said those words I felt someone stabbed my heart with a knife
Maan flinched when Geet said that & held & squeezed her even more , if that was possible , to him .
Geet contd : Then when u came here I was reeling under the insecurity again that maybe I was not worth u
Maan : Geet ... how can you say that ??? I came hear because of you , to say sorry to you , to get u back to our home ... I came to get my ladylove back Geet .
Geet smiled through her tears . Maan wiped it away & said : Geet this is the last time you are spilling your tears . From now on my mishti will only choose between smile & laughter .I love you Geet
Geet : I love you too Maan . Please take me back home .
Maan : That's what I came for . I would take u home but before that I would unveil my real identity to ur family .
Geet : But Maan ...
Maan : Shhh ... Geet , trust me . I'll make everything okay . With u by my side nothing is impossible .
Geet jusy stared lovingly @ Maan . Maan's eyes slowly reached Geet's pink lips . Following his gaze Geet blushed furiously & tried to pry his hands off . But Maan being Maan only held her nape softly & whispered ,"Mishti don't stop me today "
His hoarse whisper & touches was enough to melt Geet . She just stood there where Maan for the 1st time captured her lips . He kissed her softly not trying to prove or demand anything just assuring himself that he was not dreaming this beautiful moment . As Maan reluctantly ended the kiss , Geet hid herself in Maan's chest . God , mishti makes him fall in love with her over & over again .
Maan : Geet I want to start our lives afresh . I want to give you all that you dreamt for & more . I wanna fulfill all ur wishes .
Geet : All my wishes r fulfilled Maan . With u around I've got everything I asked for .
Maan : No Geet ... I meant I want a complete family of 5 😉
It took a moment for Geet to understand what he meant . She shoved him playfully & said : Maan ... sudhar jayie 😳
With that Maan embraced Geet once more before heading towards the haveli to speak out the truth
