I have been looking at the active members list at the bottom of the main forum page and wondering why there are so many similar colors. All the pinks and purples just blend together...and two of the three greens are almost the same. Is it possible to change some of the colors so they are not so similar? How about adding black, silver, dark blue and turquoise or teal? Here are some colors I think might work well: 
I realize that sometimes members do not like a certain color and ask to have it changed. There is one solution for that too. I think most people will probably not go for this, but I just wanted to put it out there just in case. What if the colors rotated every three months? That way no group would be stuck forever with a color they did not like, but the colors could still be different enough that they wouldn't blend together. I realize this can be confusing too if members are not expecting the change, but I still think it would be better than now.
Anyway, just wanted to give a suggestion. If most members are happy with the way things are now, that's fine. I usually look at the title instead of the color anyway.
