Buddhism a new fad in telly town

Call it the daily soap stress or the lifestyle or simply faith but most actors are finding peace in Buddhism. Television actors like Shweta Keswani, Poonam Joshi, Manav Gohil and Shweta Kawatra and many other celebs are now following Buddhism. We catch up with some tv actors who follow Buddhism as they tell us why it works for them.

I really like the teachings of Buddhism. It was introduced by elder sister who is follower of Buddhism. I am highly influenced by dharma philosophy, which gives us inner strength to fight the mental stress we go through everyday basis. Especially, when you are working round the clock, you tend to lose patience but I have now learnt to keep my anger in check. Besides Buddha was enlightened on soil of Patna and I am from Patna, so that connection has brought me closer.

I totaly understand her Buddeshim influence on her as she her self said Patna is biggest sail for Buddha I visited that magical palce once Its amazing..Thanks for sharing the Article..
