There are speculations about him anchoring Zee TV's Sa Re Ga Ma -Little Champs.

An Indya source informs, "Jay has become a very popular actor on television all thanks to his show Sasural Genda Phool and character. It would be very interesting for to take up an anchor job. He did a great job at the auditions and now we are just waiting for the channel to approve his look. The show is in its preliminary stages. Besides Jay, there would be Afsha and Dhariya as both these kids are very popular among the kids and audiences."

We spoke to Jay Soni who didn't refuse about the proposal of anchoring and says, "Talks are going on and as of now, I don't know. Give me a call after few days and I would be able to tell you the status of this offer."

It would be interesting to see Jay Soni as anchor for this singing reality show and if everything goes fine this will be his first anchoring show. The show is likely to launched by May end or June first week.
