ok i dont remember everything I'll just tell it in short.....
karan tells that you can get a good health by doing simple things like sit-ups, ab crunch, etc...... Then he is asked abt his muscles...... He shows his muscles like a Tarzan..... Hehe..... Then karan says that he does not like a very huge body..... I dont knw abt others but girls usually dont like it..... So taking the public demand in view i dont want a bulky body.... Then he does push-ups..... 250 in 30 secs..... But the counting will was irregular...... Then he says that...... Your body depends on Wat you do 24 hours..... A day has 24 hours..... So 1 hour work out is enough but it all depends on ur life style..... How you sleep, Wat you eat...... Etc.... Etc.....
