I loved today's episode without the jealous, greedy plotting scheming Mamis scenes.
I loved the naturalism depicted in the scene where Guddu goes to buy a gift for his wife. The street setting, the acting all was real. 👏
But most of all I loved the fact that Guddu was not influenced by anyone to buy a gift for his lovely wife. I also loved the simple fact that during the moment when he was in the store contemplating what to buy, he was interrupted by a phone call from K that there were some ppl at the carom club to see him. Guddu tells K not today. In that moment when he was at the store trying to think of a gift for R, he did not want to be disturbed, that moment was for Runjhun. I loved that!!
That time, that moment, his thoughts were all reserved for Runjhun.
Wasn't that scene so real? When we want to give our someone special a gift don't we also take some time out from our busy lives and do what he did? Don't we also ask what will they like?what is the one most precious thing that I can get that will remind them of us?
He was under the spell of the "Runjhun' Moment!
We learned a few things about him during that scene: he has never bought a gift for a woman before, he remembers how he threw her wedding bangles, and he likes her in sarees. But most of all, he is thinking about her. She already has made a place in his mind.
& what does he buy for her? A lovely pink sari and a bunch of jasmine for her hair. WOW!!!
& why did he want to buy her a gift? To say Thank You. WOW!!!

(As for the end of the episode today, we see that the seed of suspicion, doubt has been planted by the Evil M's. I feel very sad for Runjhun, that this is probably the first gift in her life, the first time that anyone has ever thought about her (except for Amma) and that gift is coming with on one hand so much tenderness on the other with so much suspicion of proving herself worthy of such a gesture.)

I loved the scene! Simply because he did something on his own, not influenced by anyone to do anything. He decided to gift his wife something to say Thank You. He made an effort.
This was a very pleasant surprise from the writers. 👏
The shopkeeper was indeed funny. & also K&J found him...😆

After watching today's episode and after watching the jealous Mamis firm belief that the sari G bought for R will be her first & last gift, I have to differ.
G will now have to get R his "I am sorry" gift.😉

G is a goner now, his peace of mind is gone for now.
